FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS SPAIN (hereinafter, “FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS”) is the entity that owns the website published and hosted under the domain www.ieam.es, made available to users (natural or legal persons, hereinafter, “Users”) in order to provide information about its corporate identity, objectives, and activities.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the following general information is provided to users of www.ieam.es (hereinafter, the “Website” or the “Site”):

Users are obliged to make proper use of the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS or to third parties for any damages or losses that may result from a breach of this obligation.
The use of the Website for purposes that harm the assets or interests of FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS, or that in any other way overload, damage, or render unusable the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or software and applications of FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS or third parties, is expressly prohibited.
The Website, including its graphic design, as well as its contents—which include, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, images, software, and other materials—are the intellectual property of FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS or of third parties who have licensed them to FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS. If a User or any third party becomes aware that the Linked Sites, content, or services offered through the Website are illegal, harmful, offensive, violent, immoral, or infringe the rights of third parties, they may report it to FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS by providing the following information:
Personal information of the reporter: name, address, telephone number, and email address. FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS will process this information solely to address the report, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Failure to provide any of these details may prevent the request from being addressed, without prejudice to any voluntary investigations that FUNDACIÓN FORTIUS may carry out.
